No payment, subscription, auto-renewal, refund, cancellation, or access limit may be hidden. Before charging users, publish clear prices, duration, renewal/cancellation terms, refund policy, and a complaint route. Do not promise a feature that is not working.

Before collecting real personal data, publish a clear standalone notice naming the actual data fiduciary, each data category collected, each specific purpose, how users can withdraw consent, request access/correction/erasure where applicable, and contact the grievance/privacy contact. Collect only necessary data, keep it only as long as justified, protect it with suitable safeguards, control vendors/processors, and prepare for security incidents and legally required notifications.

Do not collect passwords, payment information, phone numbers, precise location, or other personal data in this static demo. A production site must use secure server-side systems, access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure session handling, backups, retention/deletion processes, and documented vendor arrangements. Never store plain-text passwords or expose secret API keys in frontend code.

Children's-data rules may apply depending on users and applicable law. Do not launch data collection for children until the relevant age, parental-consent, tracking/advertising, and exemption requirements have been checked by a qualified professional.

Publish only original works or titles for which V.A.R. Studios has documented distribution, streaming, translation, subtitle, poster, and promotional rights for the relevant territories and period. Do not assume that content is safe to upload because it is available elsewhere online. Keep contracts, licenses, permissions, and takedown records. Create a copyright complaint/takedown process and a counter-notice process where legally applicable. Do not use third-party logos, characters, music, clips, or posters without permission.

Before taking money, disclose the total price, applicable taxes/fees, access duration, video quality, ads, renewal rules, cancellation method, refund terms, supported payment provider, and contact/grievance details. Obtain clear user action before a charge. Do not use pre-selected paid add-ons, misleading countdowns, hidden fees, deceptive buttons, or obstructed cancellation. Use a reputable payment gateway and never collect/store raw card or UPI credentials yourself. Publish an accurate refund and complaint process and keep transaction records as legally required.

Before production, implement server-side authentication and authorization, secure admin-only access, rate limits, input validation, dependency updates, backups, monitoring, incident response, and account deletion/request workflows. Provide a contact for complaints, reports, copyright issues, privacy requests, and security issues. Add clear content ratings/warnings where appropriate, accessible labels and keyboard support, readable contrast, and reduced-motion support. Keep a record of policy versions and consent choices when legally required.
